Back in the first week of October I made my way out to Deerfield Farm in Falls City to photograph Marada, a Senior in the graduating class of 2011. Marada is excited for this senior year and planning to study sports medicine after high school. An experienced rider, we headed to the barn and arena for some photos with the horse she rides, Harley. I was impressed with Marada’s skill and ability with the horse. My relationship with horses is about as good as my relationship with motorcycles… I should not be allowed to ride one. Harley the horse was staring me down, he knew I was uneasy. I think he wanted to take me out, ha! Thanks to Marada and her folks for letting me shoot her senior photos. Make up by Lis Krebs.
